How to wear perfume at the office
- Two to three sprays is enough. Try one on the chest, one on the back of the neck and one on the wrist. In closed AC rooms, less is more.

- Don't rub your wrists. Rubbing breaks down the top notes faster.
- Moisturise first. An unscented lotion helps fragrance last longer on dry skin, especially in winter.
- Reapply lightly. For lighter scents like EDTs and colognes, one spray after lunch is enough. Never reapply at your desk in a shared cabin; step out first.
- Keep the bold ones for later. Oud, heavy vanilla and smoky leather are better for evenings and weekends.
